Terms and Conditions for GM Gallery

Welcome to GM Gallery (Glitterist Merchandise Gallery) at www.GMgallery.co.in. These terms and conditions govern your use of our e-commerce platform, including the purchase of customized products like T-shirts, mobile back covers, sunglasses, oxidized jewelry, and other accessories. By accessing or using GM Gallery, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

1. General Conditions

 

1.1 GM Gallery reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Access to and use of GM Gallery is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

 

 

2. Products and Customization

 

2.1 GM Gallery offers a range of customizable products, including but not limited to:

 

Garments: Customized T-shirts (Full Sleeve, Half Sleeve, Collar, Non-Collar), Hoodies, Vests, Jeggings, Sports BRA, Underwears, Inner wears etc.

 

Accessories: Customized Mobile Back Covers, Sunglasses, Coffee Mugs, Caps, Key Rings etc.

 

2.2 Customization includes options like designs up to A3 size printing on garments and personalization of accessories as per product specifications.

2.3 Product colors, sizes, and designs may slightly vary from displayed images due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

 

 

3. Order and Payment

 

3.1 All orders must be placed through our official website (GMgallery.co.in).

3.2 Accepted payment methods include online payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to pincode eligibility. COD availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.

3.3 Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or COD validation.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1 GM Gallery ships orders across [India/other locations as applicable]. Delivery timelines will be specified during the checkout process.

4.2 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4.3 GM Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

 

5.1 Custom Products: Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

5.2 Standard Products: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized products, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

5.3 Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a resolution.

5.4 Cancellation requests for orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be canceled after processing begins.

 

 

6. User Responsibilities

 

6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GM Gallery is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

6.2 Customers must ensure that the designs uploaded for customization do not infringe on intellectual property rights or include prohibited content.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1 All designs, logos, and materials on GM Gallery are the intellectual property of Glitterist Magazine unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

GM Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or products.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata/West Bengal.
