1. Return and Exchange Policy
1.1 Products Eligible for Return/Exchange
Non-customized products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
1.2 Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Customized products (e.g., printed Garments, personalized mobile back covers, Caps, Coffee Mugs).
Damaged or used products unless they arrived defective.
Jewelry and accessories due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged.
1.3 Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must provide proof (clear photos/videos) of the defect or damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Important: To ensure a smoother experience, customers are required to record an unboxing video when opening the package. This video serves as crucial evidence for any claims regarding damaged or defective products.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products that cannot be replaced.
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
2.2 Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification of customer details.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once the customization process begins.
3.2 Cancellation by GM Gallery
GM Gallery reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
Unavailability of stock.
Technical errors in pricing or product information.
Non-serviceable delivery location.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
GM Gallery will provide a return address upon approval of the return request.
5. Important Notes
Recording an unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or defective product claims. This video must clearly show the unopened package, the process of opening it, and the condition of the product inside.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
GM Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
GM Gallery is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
